    A: Yes, registration is required to access our services (including free package). The service overview is available on the product page. After registration and purchase, you will receive detailed instructions via email along with a project page.
  • Q: How do I choose the right design package?
    A: Estimate + Budget Package is perfect for interior designers and contractors who have completed Floor Plans, finalized Design Style, and have a Material List ready. Material Sourcing Package is best for designers and contractors with floor plans and design style ready but NO Material List yet. Premium Package is Real One-Stop Service for builders and developers have architectural drawings, including full design, expert material sourcing service, detailed budget estimate and cost breakdown.
  • Q: Can I request a customized package?
    A: Currently, we only offer standardized packages. If your project requirements do not fully match any package, please contact with us before purchasing.

  • Q: How is the estimated delivery time determined after service activation?
    A:The delivery timeline starts once we have confirmed all required files are received in the correct format. You can track real-time progress via your project page.
  • Q: Can I change or cancel my package after purchase?
    A: Before file submission: You may cancel and reorder a different package at no cost. After file submission: A 20% admin fee will be charged for cancellation or package change.
  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept payment methods including credit/debit cards and Paypal. For procurement orders, we accept offline payments.
